GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The purpose of these general terms and conditions (hereinafter: GTC) is to regulate the process of ordering our service, data management, complaint handling and termination provisions. Please note that certain provisions of the GTC may change. In most cases, these terms and conditions will be modified to reflect the changed legislation, so please read the GTC before and during each order. Also, to avoid future confusion, save the content to your computer before ordering. Should you have any questions regarding any provision of these Terms and Conditions, please contact gondnoksag@matyas-templom.hu and we will answer your questions as soon as possible. Please note that you can place an order only if you fully accept the provisions of these GTC. If you accept, you will not be able to claim later that you did not know what was contained in it or that it was not made available to you by the Ward of Matthias Church.
I. Provider Information

II. Our services
Within the framework of the present GTC, the Provincial Office of the Matthias Church sells the tickets entitling to enter the Matthias Church. Online ticket purchase types: Individual Adult, Individual Student / Retired, Family Ticket. The services (licenses) for each type of ticket are described in detail on our website.
III. The conclusion of the contract, the process of contracting
No special registration is required to purchase tickets. To buy a ticket, click Buy a Ticket. Select the ticket types you want to purchase, indicate their number and click Next. Enter your e-mail address on the interface, including the following information if you request an invoice: name or business name, address, or business tax number). After entering the requested information, click Next. Your system will then summarize your order, which will show you the personal information you provided and the number of tickets you need to purchase per ticket type. If you would like to proceed with your order, please click on the Payment button. Payment by credit card or PayPal account is available through PayPal's dedicated interface. PayPal is responsible for payment security. Please note that the Matthias Church Warden does not have access to your bank details or the information you provided to your bank at the time of payment. As soon as PayPal has confirmed the success of the payment transaction, a contract for the sale of tickets will be entered into between you and the Warden of the Matthias Church. You will then receive an email shortly afterwards to your specified email account containing the tickets you have ordered. Please bring your tickets for a visit to the Matthias Church by printing your tickets or entering / registering in the Matthias Church Budapest mobile application with the same email address. If you have previously requested an invoice during the order process, a copy of the invoice will be sent to your email account as an attachment to the email. The contract so concluded shall be deemed to be a written contract and shall be filed in a form not accessible at a later date.
ARC. Adoption of visitor policy
Please note that by purchasing your ticket electronically, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Visitors Regulations of the Matthias Church and are bound by them. The Visitors' Rules can be found on our website in electronic form or on paper at the entrance to the Matthias Church.
V. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
Please note that the ticket is non-refundable and the date of the ticket cannot be changed. The statutory power of attorney to exclude the right of withdrawal is provided in Decree 45/2014. (II.26.) Of the Government of the Republic of Hungary.
VI. Data protection
When developing the GTC, special consideration was given to Act CXII of 2011 on Information Self-Determination and Freedom of Information.
